LOCAL business owners Morné and Taryn Schutz have once again come out as the top Trellidor franchise in the country in their category.
With over 70 Trellidor franchises in South Africa, this is a remarkable achievement and a reflection of how dedicated the couple and their team are to providing local residents with the best security at home and work.
Morné and Taryn have owned the franchise since 2011 and they’ve won numerous awards within the organisation since then.
This includes ‘Trellidor Showroom of the Year’ after they moved into their beautiful, user-friendly premises in Da Gama Road.
“Our success has a lot to do with the fact that we’re a people-oriented team. We have a very low staff turnaround and we try to empower each member of the team to be specia-lists in their field,” says Taryn.
“Morné is very knowledgeable about security and believes in Trellidor products. He enjoys networking and building relationships because he believes it gives him a better understanding of what our customers need in terms of product choices and their budgets.”
The team take pride in what they do, from a friendly greeting at reception to being on time for appointments, keeping their vehicles and showroom in top condition and installing products in a professional manner.
