ROBERT Hitzeroth Dennis was sworn in as a PR councillor of Kouga Municipality on Monday, November 23.
He replaces Councillor Ncedile Timothy Meleni, who passed away on the June 4, 2020, due to illness.
Dennis was welcomed by the Speaker, Councillor Hattingh Bornman, and the Municipal Manager, Charl du Plessis.
The ANC PR Councillor has taken office in Ward 2 where he has sworn to serve the communities of Pellsrus and Tokyo Sexwale without fear or favour, ensuring that he withholds the mandate of the council and vision of the municipality.
