Kouga Municipality, in conjunction with the Department of Environmental Affairs, is hard at work to clean up the region for the festive season. The clean-up campaign kicked-off at Ocean View in Jeffreys Bay on Tuesday, December 13, followed by Sea Vista in St Francis Bay on Wednesday, December 14.
