Fountains Mall will be hosting a variety of events and stalls on June 21 and 22 which will include a modeling show, a safety and security expo, and a display of life-saving equipment by the local National Sea Rescue Station (NSRI).
Modeling and music
On June 22, ACE Models will showcase the hottest winter trends from 10:00 at the Foschini court, with Vibe Music Academy offering entertaining music.
Mall-goers can enjoy the latest styles in season, and head over to the participating stores to get the look.
The styles showcased by the models can be acquired from Edgars, Foschini, The Hub, Refinery, and Woolworths.
Limited seats for the modeling show will be available and free access will be provided.
Safety and Security Expo
On June 21 and 22, a few stalls will be present at the mall in various fields, such as safety, security, and technology.
Safety and security industry leaders, Fidelity ADT and Smhart Security, will provide the opportunity to interact with community members and discuss their offerings.
Other products and services which will be displayed at the various stalls will range among census information from StatsSA, pepper guns, fibre, flashlights, and massagers.
NSRI
The local NSRI will have some of their life-saving assets on display.
Their volunteers will also be on-site to educate visitors about their rescue and non-rescue operations in the Jeffreys Bay area.
NSRI Station 37 will provide customers with information regarding how contributions can be made towards their fundraising efforts for a new base station, next to the gym at Dolphin Beach.
Voting
Mall-goers will be able to place their vote for the best companies in two categories, safety and security, and technology, on June 21 and 22.
The winning company in each category will receive a R500 mall voucher.One voter will also stand a chance to win a R500 lucky draw mall voucher.
Limited voting forms will be available from participating stalls. Entry forms must be completed and dropped in the entry box in front of Clicks by 12:00 on June 22.
