Missing Colchester woman last seen hitchhiking on N2

Missing woman, Michelle Ann Geisler (54) from Colchester was last seen on 3 February whilst hitchhiking to Gqeberha.

KINKELBOS – A team of detectives from the SAPS in Kinkelbos is looking for a missing woman, Michelle Ann Geisler (54) from Colchester, who was last seen on 3 February around 19:00, whilst hitchhiking to Gqeberha.

According to the spokesperson for SAPS in the Sarah Baartman District, Warrant Officer Majola Nkohli, the preliminary police investigation has revealed that Geisler received a lift from a white Nissan NP200 bakkie on Tuesday and was dropped off near Stanford Road, Korsten, in Gqeberha.

Geisler is believed to be originally from the Western Cape.

She has partial paralysis on her left side due to a stroke, and has two tattoos, a butterfly and a fairy, on her back.

She was wearing a beige top, navy pants, and a pair of brown boots at the time of her disappearance.

Police are appealing to anyone with information about the whereabouts of Geisler to contact the investigating officer, Detective Warrant Officer Thabiso Nontshinga, on 082 302 6579.
