Voting for the Kwêla kykNET Dorp van die Jaar opened last night.
The voting process will last until midday 22 July.
Graaff-Reinet is the Eastern Cape contender for the Kwêla kykNET Dorp van die Jaar.
The other eight finalists are Keetmanshoop, Glencoe, Haenertsburg, Pilgrims Rest, Calvinia, Cullinan, Kroonstad and Montagu.
Graaff-Reinet Tourism started a process where businesses, schools and other institutions challenge each other to see who cast the most votes in favor of Graaff-Reinet.
Vote for our Graaff-Reinet by SMS “Graaff-Reinet” to 33157. Each SMS costs R1.50. Up to 30 votes per cellphone are allowed.
