Three people died in an accident between a truck and an ambulance on the N10 between Cookhouse and Cradock early this morning.
The deceased has been identified as 36-year-old Thembelani Damane and 43-year-old Ntombehlubi
Rasmeni, both of Cradock and the truck driver Silas Molena Dlameni (39).
The road has been temporarily closed due to the accident, about 30km from Cradock.
“Please use the Mortimer turn-off road as an alternative route,” Jonker said in a statement.
