The South African Revenue Service (SARS) published a notice informing the public that, due to unforeseen circumstances, they will no longer be able to visit Graaff-Reinet on 26 and 27 June 2025 to assist with income tax-related issues as planned.
Those who need assistance can book an appointment via the following avenues:
- Complete the online booking form at www.sars.gov.za
- Contact the contact centre at 0800 007 277 to make an appointment on your behalf
- Request specific personal income tax-related services by typing the USSD string 1347277# into your mobile phone device
- Request an e-booking appointment at a branch by sending the following SMS to SARS at 47277: Booking (space) ID number / Passport number / Asylum-seeker number
