The Police in Graaff-Reinet require public assistance to
locate 78-year-old Albert Ouboet Dibi, who was last seen in Graaff-Reinet in 2003, and 62-year-old Abedman Daniel Mhlaba who was last
seen in Umasizakhe, Graaff-Reinet on February 17 this year.
According to police spokesperson, Captain Bradley Rawlinson,
Dibi – who was allegedly last seen in Jongani Street 18 years ago – is light of
complexion, has a round face with a round head. He has green eyes, is tall in
height and is thinly built.
Rawlinson said it is alleged by Dibi’s family that his SASSA
card was last used in Zwide, Port Elizabeth in 2005.
“No other information on the missing person is currently
available. All the efforts to search for and locate the man have been
fruitless,” said Rawlinson.

Rawlinson said Mhlaba, who was allegedly last seen in
Umasizakhe in February this year, is light of complexion, has a round
face, with a round head. He is thinly built, 1.72 meters in height and weighs
42 kilograms.
“The missing person was last seen wearing a grey
pants, grey t-shirt with a blue vest and grey and white jersey,” said
Rawlinson.
“All the efforts to search for and locate the man have been
fruitless.”
