THE office of the Inxuba Yethemba Municipal Manager, Xolela Msweli, recently released a statement inviting public participation concerning the 2017/18 draft annual report.
“In compliance with provision of section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) and Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) section 127, subsection 5(a) (i) and (ii), the municipality hereby makes public its draft annual report and accordingly invites the public to submit representation in connection with the said annual report,” the Inxuba Yethemba Local Municipality said in a statement.
The public can gather at the following venues to submit representation:
. Ward 4 at Michausdal Community Hall on March 18 at 17:00;
. Ward 5 at the Town Hall in Cradock on March 19 at 17:00;
. Wards 1, 2 and 3 at Vusubuntu in Lingelihle, and Nomsa at 10:00 and at Frans Community Hall at 17:00 on March 20;
. Wards 8 and 9 at Siyabulela Hall at 14:00 and at the Midros Hall at 17:30 on March 24.
