Mlungisi police are investigating two unrelated cases of missing persons and are urging the community to help be their eyes and ears.
The first case pertains to 17-year-old Aviwe Yazo who was last seen on October 2, 2022.
“She did not report to anyone where she was going and has not been seen since. Anyone with information can contact Sergeant Coertzee on 060 493 9096 or 045 807 8602,” said police spokesperson, Captain Namhla Mdleleni.
Police are also looking for Lita Mothisi Mathews who was last seen on September 15, 2022.
“He left his work place for lunch break and never returned. He was wearing black jeans, a green shirt and black boots.”
