Jordan Maritz, a Grade 3 learner at Union Preparatory School on the u/9 cricket team, received the Man of the Match award for a fixture against Frans Conradie Primary School. In addition to scoring his first 50, Jordan also carried the bat for the 30-over match, meaning he faced the first ball of the match and was still batting when the last wicket fell.
