Despite his disability, Bonakele Ntshangase (43) from Boxer
Athletics Club (WPA) participated in the Cradock Park Run on February 24, where
he used his crutches to make it to the top 10 of the competition. 

Based in Cradock, Ntshangase is determined to live out his dream
of participating in the South African Sports Association for Physically Disabled.

Bonakele Ntshangase made it to the top 10 of the Cradock Park Run.

To work towards his dream, he plans to move to the Western
Cape where he will have a better chance of participating in sport as a person
living with a disability. 

Recently, Ntshangase participated in the Cradock Park Run
where he completed a 5km race in 50 minutes and 17 seconds while using
crutches.
