GET Ahead Schools will host a golf day at the Queenstown Golf Club on Saturday, February 29 – all for a good cause.

The format will be two-man American scramble (stableford).

Run by executive director, Mariette Visser, Get Ahead Schools consists of three schools: Queenstown Get Ahead Project, Whittlesea Get Ahead Project and Get Ahead College.

They are low-fee, independent schools with approximately 1 200 learners in total.

The staggered tee off starts at 08:00, followed by the prize-giving at 18:30.

Various prizes will be up for grabs, including a prize for the player with the best vintage golf outfit.

The entry fee is R120 per player.
