AR Boards Hardware in Komani in partnership with Aero-Build Fitness Club and Projects hosted an Aerobics Boot-Camp Team Building on Saturday at AR Boards Hardware lawn in Komani.
The aim of the whole event was for people to have fun while keeping fit. Many young people and children had also joined the fun day where they made new friends. This was also encouraging to the older participants, as they were able to spend their morning in a good way.
The attendees came prepared and ready to exercise, bringing a bottle of water, a mask, a towel, and great energy to the event while fruit was on the house.
Gino Redcliffe of AR Boards Hardware said they also wanted to showcase the upgraded of the dumping site next to AR Boards which was changed into a beautiful landscape.
“With the help of our guy, Admire Magogotya, who kept the area clean, the whole event was also hosted to advertise our beautiful landscape that used to be a dumping site and that is how the idea came about of hosting a bootcamp there. Aerobuild invited us last year to an aerobics event, and now that we had upgraded the dumpsite, we invited them to host a bootcamp and to advertise the landscape.” Said Redcliffe
Gym members from Aero-Build Fitness Club and Projects and other fitness lovers from other parts of the region came to sweat and exercise. The event was also hosted to celebrate Aero-Build Fitness Club and Projects led by Coach Abongile Ndabambi and Landi Yaso.
Aero-Build Fitness Club and Projects was established in 2017 and its aim is to bring change towards a healthy lifestyle. Aero-Build deals with bootcamps, cross fitness training, conditioning, and diet plans. Instructor Abongile Ndabambi of Aero-Build Fitness Club and Projects said he was pleased by the number of people who attended. He also mentioned that he was pleased to see people from outside Komani joining this event.
