The Willowmore Traffic Department’s Roadworthy services, which is currently non-operational, has appointed two traffic officers and will be fully operational from November 1, while the Graaff-Reinet Traffic Department has also appointed two officials to help with the backlog for driver’s licence testing.
The Willomore Traffic Department’s Roadworthy services are currently non-operational due to legislative requirements.
The Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality has addressed the non-compliance by appointing two traffic officers and will open the doors to the Roadworthy Centre on November 1.
Similarly, at the Graaff-Reinet Traffic Department, there is a backlog for driver’s licence testing due to capacity limitations. The issue has been addressed by appointing two officials and new bookings for driver’s licence will commence within 14 days.
