Ingredients

  • 700 g cubed pork
  • 50 ml cake flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tin (410g) cream of mushroom soup
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 125 ml fresh cream

Preparation

Step 1: Put flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a plastic bag.

Step 2: Add the pork and shake until well coated.

Step 3: Brown the meat in a pan in the oil.

Step 4: Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft.

Step 5: Add tomato puree, mushroom soup and wine.

Step 6: Reduce heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.

Step 7: Add cream just before serving. Serve with rice, vegetables and a mixed salad.
