The beauty of nature . . . Dr Wolf-Eberhard Barth and his wife Anna visited Rooisand Reserve on 25 December and were excited to see 21 wild horses in three groups. Barth reported that the wild horses are in beautiful condition. “In one group was a half-year-old foal and in another a very young male foal that I estimate to be only a few weeks old.” He added that everyone should remember preserving nature is one of the most important things for the future of Hermanus. “We are very glad to live here as German pensioners and enjoy Hermanus.” Photo: Dr Wolf-Eberhard Barth
