Panthera Africa’s first annual Fundraising Golf Day is set to take place on 3 September at the Arabella Golf Estate.
This event promises a fantastic day of golf, exciting prizes and the chance to support a noble cause – providing vital care for the beloved big cats at the sanctuary. “All proceeds from the golf day will go directly towards covering essential veterinary bills and purchasing food to sustain our pride. By joining us you are helping ensure our big cats receive the care and nutrition they need to thrive in a safe and caring environment,” Heather Blackstock, marketing mananger of Panthera, said. “Participants will compete for various prizes, including awards for Longest Ball, Best Team, Best Putt, Best Man and Woman, Most in the Rough Team, and Craziest Cart Driver.”
This day costs R5 500 per four-ball (includes golf cart, food cart lunch and prego roll at the 19 th hole). Also, one Old Harbour Beer and one Folk & Goode Brewing and Distilling Co drink.
