Western Cape Premier Alan Winde visited Caledon on Thursday 21 March. Before addressing a business and farmer stakeholder meeting he popped in at the Cansa Festival, talking to stallholders and even had a blue stripe sprayed into his hair. He also spoke about the importance of the work an organisation such as Cansa does and urged people to support it.
