Overstrand Municipality has announced that its monthly First Thursday meeting will be held in Hermanus.
These meetings give residents of the Overstrand the opportunity to meet the Executive Mayor, Dr Annelie Rabie, and her team for one-on-one discussions about municipal issues and/or problems.
July’s First Thursday meeting will take place on Thursday 6 July from 17:00 – 19:00 in the Overstrand Municipal Banqueting Hall in Hermanus.
The First Thursdays initiative give the residents of Overstrand a platform to be heard – whether they want to raise issues that they are encountering or to pitch an idea.
These meetings are open to everyone and no appointments are required as people will be seen on a first come, first served basis.
