On Thursday (4 May) the Hermanus Business Chamber (HBC) announced its new executive committee: Gideon Serfontein, Jimmy Hattingh, Martin Delaport, Arina Fyfer, Raè Nieuwenhuis, André van den Berg, Vic Barnard (treasurer), Adéle Nortjé, Aloma Jonker, Marc de Maudave Bestel, Alta Pretorius, Jana Smith (vice-chairperson) and Richard Kotzé (chairperson), Dr André Louw, Fikiswa Gxamesi, Riaan van Zyl and Johan Southey. The HBC is a non-profit business organisation that assists businesses to market themselves and grow. Its key goals are networking, business assistance and training, representation with relevant role-players and decisionmakers and creating business development opportunities.Photo: Mariëtte Strydom
