Head to Die Werf in Genadendal for the PIGS TO PLANTS POTJIEKOS COMPETITION. Teams of up to four will cook up a storm from 09;00 – 12:00, using traditional potjies over an open fire. No meat will be used but the use of indigenous ingredients is encouraged. There will also be a mystery ingredient. All ingredients will be supplied, teams only have to take along their own utensils.
