In 2017 Overstrand Municipality sold land known as the old Circus Grounds along the R43, on the corner of Main and Mussel roads in Hermanus to Massbuild (Pty) Ltd by tender.
Building plans for the development of a Builders Express have been submitted to the municipality, and are currently being scrutinised for approval.
Building rubble is currently stored on the erf and will be used as filling material for the anticipated building works.
