Teams from across South Africa will head to Hermanus this weekend for the National Aerobics Championships.
Participants can look forward to being led through their paces by experienced instructors such as MK Cekiso of the Sxolies Aerobics Club, Instructor Lunga from Queenstown and Doc from Port Elizabeth.
The event is hosted by Sxolies Aerobics Club, based in Zwelihle, and will feature various disciplines, including Hi-Lo, Box Step and Zumba. There are also different categories – sub juniors, youth, juniors, adults and veterans – catering for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
The event starts at 08:00 on Saturday 3 December at Lukhanyo Primary School hall.
Tickets cost R200 each and the first 100 participants who register will receive a free T-shirt.
