Join Sumien, a lecturer at Warwick’s Chef School, who offers a hands-on patisserie course in the chef school’s training kitchen on 13 June. Prepare, plate, and decorate a dessert that will impress your guests. Sumien will share tips and information about the importance of precision in patisserie and how to use a variety of dessert elements – which can be constructed singly or in combination – to stimulate the senses and “plate balance”.
