The u-19 soccer team of Paul Roos Gymnasium enjoyed a near-perfect run during their participation in the Reddam Constantia Tournament, held from Thursday 31 March to Saturday 2 April. The Stellenbosch team recorded two victories and one loss in the group stage of the tournament, beating Reddam Durbanville 3-1 and the American International School of Cape Town 4-1, and narrowly losing 0-1 to Wynberg Boys’ High. They advanced to the semi-finals, where they claimed a 2-1 win over Rondebosch Boys’ High to march on to the cup final. There they faced-off against Fairmont High and recorded a 1-0 victory to be crowned tournament champions.
