Renowned Cape jazz pianist Ramon Alexander brings his acclaimed trio to the Endler Hall stage for a collaboration featuring Martin Zenker on bass on Tuesday 24 February.
With Zenker’s first-call Bavarian musicianship meeting Alexander’s unmistakable South African piano sound the result is a fresh, energetic conversation.
The concert, which forms part of the Endler Concert Series, promises a vibrant programme of soulful South African jazz, original compositions and reimagined standards, delivered with the kind of tight interplay and spontaneity that only seasoned artists can summon.
