The Stellenbosch Craft Drinks Festival (SCDF) returns to the annual events calendar on 7 October in the scenic Jan Marais Nature Reserve. Opening its gates at 11:00 and promising a day filled with the best in craft beer, distilled beverages (non-alcoholic options are available), artisanal food options and live music until 19:00, just in time to see the sun set over the gorgeous Stellenbosch mountains. The SCDF in its latest format aims to offer an intimate outdoor experience of fine local food and drink, enveloped in nature and narrated by the soothing sounds of talented local musicians. Vendors encourage you to enjoy yourself with the offering of good products, fun games and lucky draws with some crafty prizes.
