The Erika Rabie School of Ballet will present a ballet show, Colours of Dance<\/i>, on Saturday 3 September at Worcester Gymnasium High School hall at 18:30.<\/p>\n
The audience will be entertained by no less than one hundred and forty two dancers, from as young as four years to 40+ years. The dancers are from as far afield as Ceres, Tulbagh and surrounding areas. Some of these dancers have danced for many years, whilst others have recently started their ballet \u201ccareers\u201d. These dancers also represent many different cultures and nationalities.<\/p>\n
The vision of the show is to present the community with an evening of calm and pleasant indulgence. It is also a platform to create a fund to support the dancers from the community that may lack the financial means to develop their talent.<\/p>\n
The funds raised will be used to fund those who dream to dance, but are held back by their own socio-economic circumstances.<\/p>\n
Tickets cost between R50 and R90 depending on the seating.<\/p>\n
