Highlights of the past 12 months include moving into the newly renovated offices in Fairbairn Street, expanding the staff and developing new service centres to better satisfy client needs. One of these is the Human Resources department. \u201cWe have found that our clients need more support with affordable human resource management and the compliance requirements for our labour legislation,\u201d says Moore. These human resource services include, but are not limited to, assistance with recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, compensation fund issues, policies and the implementation thereof. This department is headed by Aurelia Neethling.<\/p>\n
