Having been almost 100% Boland-built, the service stations are an excellent example of local being \u201clekker\u201d. Much of the design is inspired by the region \u2013 from the local stone rolled into the cement floor and words and sayings engraved in Braille onto furnishings, to the vineyard-like pagodas surrounding the courtyard. <\/p>\n
The architect\u2019s near obsession with framing the exceptional mountain views extends even to the restrooms, where the men in particular enjoy arguably one of the best comfort-break views in the country!<\/p>\n
