Alle deure en vensters het diefwering en veiligheidshekke en die huis het ook \u2019n alarmstelsel.<\/p>\n<p>Daar is \u2019n gerieflike binnebraai-area wat uitleef op \u2019n geplaveide binnehof en die swembad. Die huis spog ook met mooi ligte, blindings en netjiese afwerkings.<\/p>\n<p>Die netjiese en maklik hanteerbare tuin het sprinkelbesproeiing en is omhein.
