A 30-year-old Wolseley man survived a gunshot wound to the head.<\/p>\n
When the police arrived at the scene of the incident in Hope Street, Pine Valley, the victim was seated in an upright position.<\/p>\n
\u201cA lot of blood was pouring from the gunshot wound behind his left ear. The victim could still talk and was able to give officers the relevant information,\u201d said a Wolseley police spokesperson.<\/p>\n
According to the police report, a possible motive for the attempted murder could be an issue relating to a girlfriend. The suspect was, however unknown to the victim. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in a stable condition. Police are currently investigating a case of attempted murder.
