Inwoners is tydens die storm in die Worcester-gemeenskapsentrum gehuisves. Die organisasies het hul steun aan die gemeenskap voortgesit met die voorsiening van aandete aan inwoners wat geraak is.<\/p>\n<p>Hulle het ook na die inwoners van Kay\u2019s-woonwapark in die Strand uitgereik. <\/p>\n<p>Nagenoeg 70 inwoners van di\u00e9 woonwapark se huise het oorstroom. Komberse is ook uitgedeel om die snerpende koue te help afweer.<\/p>\n<p>\u2019n AfriForum-noodfonds, ten bate van gesinne wat deur oorstromings in die Wes-Kaap ontwrig is, is ook op die been gebring. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDie Kaap van Storms het [voor]verlede week sy naam gestand gedoen en grootskaalse verwoesting gesaai, maar die krag van die gemeenskap het deur hierdie verwoesting duidelik geword. Inwoners se bereidwilligheid om uit te reik en di\u00e9 by te staan wat die ergste deur die oorstromings geraak is, is bemoedigend en bied aan AfriForum \u2019n uitsonderlike geleentheid om noodverligting te bring na di\u00e9 mense wat dit die nodigste het,\u201d s\u00ea Tarien Cooks, die rampbestuurspesialis by AfriForum. <\/p>\n<p>Sy moedig die publiek aan om die AfriForum-noodfonds te
