Die munisipale hof is tans besig om die saak te hanteer,” het hy ges\u00ea. “Die hoofdoel van die munisipale hof in hierdie stadium is om toe te sien dat die eienaar aan die versoek van die boubeheerafdeling voldoen \u2013 dat deure en vensters beveilig en toegemaak moet word sowel as om enige verdere stoornis te verhoed.” Die eienaar se hofdatum is 10 Julie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Die hof wil voortgesette aanspreeklikheid verseker en toesien dat die eienaar by die spertye hou en opdragte van die hof volg \u2013 soos die toemaak van deure, vensters en ander noodsaaklike verande-\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
rings aan te bring \u2013 totdat ten volle aan alle voorskrifte van die hof voldoen is en die stoornis sodoende be\u00ebindig word.”\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Indien aan al die voorskrifte voldoen word, sal die saak van die rol geskrap word. Volgens Kritzinger het die eienaar kontrakteurs genader om die eiendom te help beveilig.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Een van die oponthoude is dat die eiendom ‘n historiese eiendom is en alle aansoeke om aan die eiendom te verander, moet na Erfenis Wes-Kaap vir sy goedkeuring verwys word. Dit bemoeilik die proses omdat hulle hul eie bewaringsvereistes stel en die proses tyd neem. Die polisie patrolleer die gebied om die geboue gereeld en tree op indien probleme ontstaan, het Kritzinger ges\u00ea. Tydens Standard & Gazette se besoek Maandag 30 Junie was die kontrakteur reeds besig om die gebou se vensters toe te maak. Binne het ‘n aantal haweloses geslaap.
