Die kampus sal in Januarie 2026 \u0149 aanvang neem met \u0149 personeelkorps van 47 voltydse personeellede. Die instelling is reeds in die proses om poste vir die Paarl-kampus te vul en daar word beoog om uiteindelik twintig akademiese personeel en 27 afdelingspersoneel vir 2026 op die perseel in diens te h\u00ea. Dit word in die vooruitsig gestel om teen 2028 m\u00e9\u00e9r as 100 voltydse personeel op die kampus werksaam te h\u00ea. Die rol van kampushoof sal deur prof. Gawie du Toit vervul word.\u00a0
Wat die akademiese programverskeidenheid betref sal daar \u2013 soos in die geval van die Pretoria-kampus, programme vanuit al vyf die instelling se dinamiese fakulteite aangebied word.
In reaksie op die voorwaardelike goedkeuring van die Paarl-kampusfasiliteit s\u00ea Marthinus Visser, besturende direkteur van Akademia, dat 2025 \u0149 gr\u00f3\u00f3t jaar vir die instelling verteenwoordig. \u201cVanjaar word daar hard gewerk om gestalte aan ons droom \u00e9n roepingsbesef te gee, naamlik om vir die Afrikaanse taal- en kultuurgemeenskappe diensbaar te wees,\u201d verduidelik Visser.
