She left her newborn in the care of the individual who had accompanied her. &#8220;On her return the person of interest and baby were missing,\u201d he said.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities have since launched an urgent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of the infant.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bellville FCS Unit is leading the probe and has opened a case of kidnapping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A public appeal has been made for any information that could assist the investigation.
