Thursday 26 May the matric learners of Curro Langebaan received invitations to their matric farewell. To make the day special the school had a plane from the South African Air Force Base (SAAF) of Langebaanweg fly over to fit in with the theme, \u201cTravel\u201d. Brigadier General Mac Matanda enthusiastically accepted their request. The plane did flips and low fly-pasts as invitations were handed out. The school said the matric learners could not stop talking about how amazing it was. It said the day would not have been as special had it not been for the SAAF. The matric farewell will take place on Friday 25 November. The school would like to thank the air force. To make the day special the school had a plane from the South African Air Force Base (SAAF) of Langebaanweg fly over to fit in with the theme, \u201cTravel\u201d. Brigadier General Mac Matanda enthusiastically accepted their request. The plane did flips and low fly-pasts as invitations were handed out. The school said the matric learners could not stop talking about how amazing it was. It said the day would not have been as special had it not been for the SAAF. The matric farewell will take place on Friday 25 November. The school would like to thank the air force.
