Maybe the municipality should inform the public and ratepayers of their intentions towards a permanent and acceptable solution?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><superbyline><br>\n <name>St Helena Bay resident, <\/name><br>\n<\/superbyline><answer>The sewer drain in Bay View Street forms part of the \u201cKompanjeskloof\u201d Erf 22\/23 development. The development was never fully completed and not all the services were installed by the developers. This is the reason sewage spills at the manhole in Bay View Street; the infrastructure needs to be completed. The teams in St Helena Bay have always emptied the sewer at that point as some of the houses have been connected to the \u201cincomplete\u201d sewer system. <\/answer><answer>Funding has been placed on the 2022-\u201923 Capital Budget for the installation of these services. \u2013 Saldanha Bay Municipality<\/answer><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I would like to inform you
