According to Captain Tania Helfrich, a West Coast Police District spokesperson, he was already dead when he was found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His sister, Sinalo Funani, told <i>Weslander<\/i> that Rasheed was a harmless soul, good to everyone he encountered. \u201cA very good person.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helfrich said eyewitnesses are yet to come forward, and the reason for the murder is still unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasheed leaves behind his wife, Fatima (32), and two daughters, Nazira (2) and Fazira (8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The matter is under investigation, and anyone with more information is
