The West Coast Youth Orchestra (WCYO) performed at the third annual Classical Koelkamers Festival on Friday 16 June. In celebration of Youth Day the young ones showcased their musical talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The concert was opened by the very experienced jazz band under the leadership of band leader Damon de Foglio. The newly formed marimba band also made their debut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guests had the opportunity to listen to the percussion, wind and string ensembles. The concert ended with the senior orchestra, which performed \u201cKaiser Waltz\u201d and \u201cJerusalema\u201d.
