The Mykonos half-marathon is set to take place this Saturday (4 October) and participants will take part in the 21,1\u2009km, 10 km, and 5 km Fun Run. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The combination of a scenic route along the West Coast, relatively flat terrain, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this a popular event in the Spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There will be plenty of food stalls and entertainment to keep everyone busy. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 21,1 km and 10 km start at 07:00, and the 5 km starts at 07:10. All three events are suitable for walkers, and the fun run route is safe and ideal for children to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entries for the 21,1 km and 10 km closed on Sunday, 28 September. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entries for the 5 km Fun Run can be done at the venue on Friday, 3 October from 16:00 to 20:00, or on Saturday from 05:30 to 07:00. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fun Run participants younger than 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. All athletes finishing the 21,1\u2009km and 10\u2009km will receive a medal, whereas the first 500 in the Fun Run will receive medals. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are also great spot prizes up for grabs, and the big prize, a weekend for four at Club Mykonos Resort. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
