Bhekuyise Zuma, Warrant Officer Class One, was appointed project leader under the leadership of Officer Commanding (OC) Captain Berlinah Madonsela. The items we are donating, are not merely commodities, they are tools of growth and joy. They represent our belief that all children deserve a nurturing world where they can discover, learn and develop to their full potential\u201d, Lobese said in his address.<br>On Monday 28 July Madonsela officially handed over donations to Onikwa Special Daycare Centre on behalf of SAS Saldanha. The Special Daycare Centre which is situated in Hopland, Saldanha Bay requested for donations in form of baby wipes, nappies, toiletries and cleaning items.
