Daarna het sy die Weskus-distrik by die Wes-Kaapse provinsiale kampioenskap in vlak 3 verteenwoordig. Sy het in die ouderdomsgroep vir 11 jaar en ouer deelgeneem en &#8216;n silwermedalje gewen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Micah het verlede Vrydag (13\u2009Junie) aan die distrikkompetisie in Brackenfell in die tuimel- en trampolien-afdelings deelgeneem. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sy het die distrikspan gehaal in die ouderdomsgroep 6 tot 8 jaar, vlak 1, en het goud vir tuimel en silwer vir trampolien verower. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Wes-Kaapse kampioenskap vind in Julie in Oudtshoorn plaas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/novanews.co.za\/weslander\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Gym-1_06575.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Princess Chamisa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Twee gimnaste van die Langebaan Stars-gimnastiekklub het by die pas afgelope kampioenskap in Stellenbosch en Kaapstad baie goed gedoen.
