The championships, which had more than 800 entries, were held at the end of November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elridge Plaatjies, Chloe Fisher and Chrisandro Flemmer took third place in their respective Kata categories. Jamy-Lee Fisher and Keagan Pienaar won second place, respectively, also in Kata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sensei Alfphonso Africa said the win was a highlight for the students and the club. \u201cI am immensely proud of the team,\u201d he said. \u201cThis was one of the biggest events on home soil. and they all won medals.\u201d Africa also thanked the club\u2019s supporters for their continued involvement.
