\u201cLizebeth Singwane\u2019s excitement knew no bounds when Bizzah Makhate officials surprised her by handing her a brand-new steel trolley,\u201d says Refiloe Tau, communications officer of the department. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThousands of people make a living by collecting recyclable materials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhen our officials saw her struggling with a huge bag that was too heavy to carry and a small wheelbarrow, they decided to build a new trolley to assist her with collection.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Singwane, a mother of ten, expressed her appreciation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI am so pleased to receive such a wonderful gift,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI will now be able to cover more areas with ease, to collect more than enough items, and it will be easier to carry.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
