The police in Kroonstad are still looking for suspects after a ten ton truck was stolen in broad daylight almost two weeks ago. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A business in Maokeng was robbed on Friday, 12 May, at 11:15 and the two suspects who are believed to have been involved are still on the loose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The suspects, who pretended to be customers, took out a firearm and pointed it at the business\u2019 employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
All the staff members were robbed of their cellphones and an undisclosed amount of money was taken. The suspects tied up the employees before fleeing the scene in a white Mercedes-Benz 10 ton truck that was loaded with 9 kg liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders, ranging from full to empty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The police believe that the suspects fled in the direction of Vredefort, Parys, on the N1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
