The schools also thanked the Department of Education for its involvement and support, as well as the directors of New Horizon College, management, the staff, parents, and learners. Management says that the class of 2023 have demonstrated that positive action, combined with positive thinking, can only result in success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top four learners of the New Horizon College in Bethlehem are: Dikomo Mofokeng with three distinctions, Tsepo Madiba with two distinctions, Lintle Kolobe with two distinctions, and Rethabiseng Thorela with one distinction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This branch had 48 out of 59 bachelor\u2019s passes with a total of 27 distinctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The New Horizon College in Harrismith had a 100% pass rate with a 72,45% bachelor\u2019s degree pass rate, 22 Level 7 distinctions, and 99 Level 6 distinctions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top achievers were Makula Malehola with four distinctions, Lelethu Majova with three distinctions, and Andiswa Mtambo with three distinctions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Horizon College is an independent, non-racial, educational institution with Christian values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The private school is known for its high level of discipline and placing a high premium on its values, and insisting that learners maintain very high standards to ensure their success stories. The core values of the New Horizon College are discipline, respect, accountability, passion, confidence, success, moral values, commitment, perseverance, strength and courage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The school offers a wide variety of subject choices to meet each student\u2019s needs. Top quality academic standards are maintained and pursued. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following subjects are offered at the New Horizon College: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For Gr. 8 to Gr. 9 learners: English, Sesotho, IsiZulu or Afrikaans, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Technology, Economic and Management Sciences, Creative Arts, Life Orientation and Social Sciences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Gr. 10 to Gr. 12 learners: Sesotho, IsiZulu or English (home language), English, Afrikaans or Sesotho (first additional language), Life Orientation, Mathematics or
