Geldenhuis says these ongoing service delivery failures stem from the lack of permanent directors and senior managers at the Moqhaka Municipality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“The mayor’s inaction over the last four years has severely harmed our community,” he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
